Returns for Non-Defective Items

- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- You are responsible for arranging a courier of your choice to return the item to us.

Returns for Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, you may request a return by following these steps:
- Email info@pilatesplease.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and 2-3 clear images of the issue.
- Our team will review your request to determine if the defect is manufacturing-related or due to misuse.
- If approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange collection.
- Upon receiving the defective item, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.
