Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are handled within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- The availability of products might influence shipping durations.
- Customers will be notified through email about their order status updates.
- Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Large order quantities or unexpected situations can cause delays. If this happens, we will inform you through email or phone. Shipping & Delivery Costs
- Standard delivery is FREE to main metropolitan areas.
- If your location falls under an outlying area, additional shipping fees may apply, and we will contact you to arrange payment.
- Free shipping applies to orders over R1500 (excluding sale items).
- The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery details.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Customers must track their parcel and communicate directly with the courier regarding any issues or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- If you require a specific delivery time, this must be arranged with the courier service directly.
- Unexpected delays outside our control might happen, and updates will be given when needed.
- Shipping services are available only within South Africa.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Kindly allow 24 hours for the tracking information to appear.
Product Warranty
- A 6-month warranty applies to all products, covering manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty claims exclude damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental harm.
- If an item needs to be returned under warranty, it will be assessed for a replacement. If stock is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
