Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with an order number. Once payment has been received our order will be processed and later handed over to the courier for delivery.
Once your item has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be updated on your buyitall.today profile and you will receive a ‘shipped’ email . Please track using your PC and not a mobile phone.
Unfortunately we do not have a collection or viewing facility. We are strictly online and all orders are couriered to the customer.

Funds are received immediately in our account. The 1-3 processing time begins immediately once the customer has completed their purchase.
Orders will only be shipped out once the payment has been received in our account. The processing time is then 1-3 working days after payment has been cleared.
Delivery takes place between 8am-5pm on working days only. Please contact the courier with your tracking number to arrange a delivery time that best suits you. Please do not contact buyitall for this.
Yes, all courier options offered provide door- to – door delivery.
Delivery options are Fastway courier (Small items) and Courier Guy(Big items) delivery.
