Pargo Delivers in 3 Steps

Pargo understands that parcel delivery is about convenience, speed and reliability. You’ll never have to wait at home all day for your parcel or miss a delivery again. Pargo delivers your parcels to a store near you.

  1.  During checkout, select one of more than 700 locations for delivery.
  2. Wait for delivery. You’ll receive an SMS text message when ready.
  3. You will receive sms or email notification when your parcel arrives at the Pargo parcel point. Collect when it suits you best!

How to place an order?

Find the product you wish to purchase, add the item to your cart and then follow the checkout procedure.

How does payment work? uses Pastway secure payment method.

Customers may pay via EFT or by credit card.

What happens once I place an order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with a order number.

Once payment has been received our order will be processed and later handed over to the courier for delivery.

Does delivery come to my door?

Yes, all courier options offered provide door- to – door delivery.

What are the delivery options?

Delivery options are Fastway courier and Aramex overnight express delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Fastway courier ( 1-7 days)


What are the shipping costs?

Free delivery on all MacBook covers and sleeves only with Fastway courier.

R50.00 delivery fee on all other items with Fastway courier


How do I track my parcel?

Once your item has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be updated on your profile and you will receive a ‘shipped’ email and SMS from us.

Please track using your PC and not a mobile phone.

Cash Deposits



Funds are received immediately in our account. The 1-3 processing time begins immediately once the customer has completed their purchase.


Orders will only be shipped out once the payment has been received in our account. The processing time is then 1-3 working days after payment has been cleared.

Can you deliver between or at a specific time?

Delivery takes place between 8am-5pm on working days only. Please contact the courier with your tracking number to arrange a delivery time that best suits you.

Can I collect /return my parcel instead of opt for delivery ?

Unfortunately we do not have a collection or viewing facility. We are strictly online and all orders are couriered to the customer.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We do not offer same day delivery.

I received a shipped email, why can I not track my item?

Please note the courier sometimes takes a while to update their tracking status. Please try tracking again 3-4 hours after receiving the shipped email.
