2.Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-3 working days and delivery confirmed by way email or SMS. Once an order has been marked as shipped customers will receive a shipped email containing the tracking number. Our standard delivery fee is R55.00 to main areas. If customers are located within an outlying area they will be contacted to pay an additional R65.00 shipping fee. Free delivery for orders over R500.00.(Not on SALE ITEMS)

Please note: It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier if there are any errors tracking the parcel or to arrange a delivery time if a delivery has been unsuccessful. If a customer would like to know exactly what time a parcel shall be delivered, they will need to courier the courier directly.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight delivery is a service offered over the festive season only at an additional cost of R100.00. Please note couriers trading hours/ closing times/ public holidays over the festive season may result in a delay of overnight delivery. will not be held liable in the result of delayed overnight delivery due to Aramex festive season trading hours.

Please note: All delivery options including both overnight and standard delivery only operate on working days. No orders will be delivered over the weekend or on public holidays due to couriers not operating at these times.

4.Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, will refund the client in full within 7 working days.

Return Policy (For items without manufacturer defects)

If you would like to return an item, please follow the following steps:

  1. The item must be returned within 7 days from delivery date.
  2. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
  3. The item must be sent back in the same condition and way as it was received – this means that the item needs to be couriered back to with a courier of your choice. Please communicate the name of courier as well as the tracking number to

Couriering the item back to us is to be done all at your own cost.

Return Policy (For items with manufacturer defects)

If you have received an item with a manufacturer defect then please follow the following steps:

  1. Please email us at returns@buyitall.todaystating your items defect with your order number attached as well as 2-3 images of your item. This is to be done within 48hrs of delivery. Our management will decide whether the damage is of manufacturer default or of your own negligence.
  2. If the customers item defect matches our return policy, we will request a pick up from the customer at cost. We will send a new item to customers once we have received the defective item. will give the option of a refund as well.

5.Warranty: action camera products are governed by a one year factory warranty from the date of delivery. Macbook cases, sleeves and phone covers have a one week return policy from the date of delivery . Only cases with a manufacturer defect may be exchanged. No refunds will be granted if you have purchased a cover of the wrong colour, finish, size or macbook model. cables have a six month return manufacturer warrantee and one week return policy if the cable is defective due to manufacturer defect.

There will be no refunds, All products will be exchanged for new products if they have a manufacturer defect. only accepts returns on items which have a manufacturer defect and not on items which have been damaged at your own use.

8.Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. 10.Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
